Team · Devopsify

The team behind the control plane.

A senior, remote-first engineering group building governed infrastructure operations.

We keep profiles private. The work is public.

WHY THIS TEAM

Built to fix how infrastructure changes are governed.

Modern estates are run through too many consoles. Drift goes unnoticed, changes go unrecorded and the audit trail tries to reconstruct what happened rather than define what was allowed. Devopsify exists because the current control surfaces make the wrong behavior easy.

The team is a small human core with a strong review culture. Everything is documented first and executed against a policy, which means the work is easy to audit, easy to reason about and easy to hand off, even in an async, remote-first company.

We optimise for the things you can verify: clarity, auditability and safe execution. If a process can't be read and understood by someone who wasn't in the room, it's not done yet.

HOW THE TEAM IS SHAPED

Role groups, not a fictional org chart.

01

Leadership & product

Owns the roadmap and the shape of the product: what the control plane is for, and what stays out of scope.

02

Platform & architecture

Designs the control plane's graph, policy engine and adapter layer, and keeps the core model consistent.

03

Infrastructure & reliability

Holds the on-call bar, operates real workloads and makes the platform work under failures, not just in demos.

04

Security & governance

Owns policy, audit, access control and the boundary between assisted tooling and executed change.

05

Research & applied AI

Advances the assistant layer: constrained, reviewable and always tied back to the audit trail.

WORKING PRINCIPLES

How work actually gets done.

Senior judgment on the critical path

People with production experience make the calls on architecture, policy and release. The most important work never gets delegated.

Policy and audit before execution

Capabilities are defined before they are used, and every execution is recorded. Review culture is the product's control plane.

AI proposes, humans decide

Assistive tooling drafts, reviews and automates the repetitive parts. Decisions with real impact stay with humans.

One surface, one roadmap

Everyone ships against the same product, the same graph and the same roadmap. No silos, no shadow projects.

PRIVACY NOTE

Private by design.

We do not publish personal names or photos.

Contributors include full-time and part-time engineers.

Relevant introductions are available on a call when needed.
